Simple Schooling FAQDo I have to print everything out?NO! Please do not print out all the pages - there is no need. Your child can easily view and read the books at the computer. You only need to print out the activity pages.How do I purchase books?Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart using the "Add to Cart" button and then follow the directions for check out.What kind of software do I need to use the books?All books are in pdf format. If you could view the sample pages, you have a pdf reader. If you had trouble with that - download the free reader at Adobe Acrobat.What forms of payment do you accept?The shopping cart uses PayPal for checkout, you may use any form of payment you wish including credit cards. If you choose to use an E-check please be aware that download links will not be forwarded to you until the check has cleared. That may take up to a week. Debit cards can also be used if they have the VISA or Mastercard logo on them.Do I have to have a PayPal account?NO! PayPal will let you pay as a guest.Is your site secure?YES! Simple Schooling uses E-Junkie for all payment transactions. E-Junkie runs a totally secure cart.How do I get my books after paying?You will recieve a download link once your transaction has been completed. You will have 7 days to access your files for download before the link expires. If you miss that deadline for some reason, just contact me.How do I download the files?Simply click the link, click save to computer, choose file location (Choose desktop because it is easy to find) and then unzip your files.How do I unzip the files?Most computers running Windows have a zipping and unzipping program that comes with the computer and in that case, you open the zip folder and click "Unzip" from the list of options on the left side of the screen. The wizard starts and you just follow the directions. Save the file where ever you usually save your homeschool stuff.Can I get a refund after I download my product?Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on downloaded digital products. If you change your mind BEFORE downloading your product, just send me an e-mail using the Contact form (Drop me a line) and I will refund your money.What if I have problems with the download?Just contact me and I'll check things out and make sure it gets taken care of. You can download your file up to 5 times or 7 days after purchase, which ever comes first. So, it it gives you fits, just try again. If you run out of tries - just contact me and I'll send it over myself!Am I allowed to resell my purchases?No. You are purchasing the rights to print out copies for your own family. No Simple Schooling product may be resold without permission.Am I allowed to use Simple Schooling products for private schools, public schools, or group study?No, unless you contact me first for permission. I will be more than happy to work with schools and homeschool groups, but these courses were designed for single family use only. |
